A spumante bottled in limited quantities using the classical method and signed by the cellar’s owner and founder, Mr. Walter Darini. Once bottled, it is honed for 24 months on re-fermentation yeasts; it shows a delicate white foam, a fine and persistent perlage and a rich and intense taste.
